Since 1992 I have been helping private and corporate clients with health, wellness and personal issues such as weight loss, smoking cessation, pain management, preparation for surgery, insomnia, fears, confidence, stress, and inner guide work. I am certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy and have trained with the Academy for Guided Imagery. I am an executive board member of MBSC (MindBodySpirtConnected). In addition to offering programs at St. Joseph Wellness Center, businesses, schools and other organizations, I am a speaker, have been interviewed on radio and published in the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
