Musician and Licensed Massage Therapist. Have been playing the piano and singing most of my life. I have been improvising for the majority of that time. I finally started writing some of my compositions down in college. That has continued here much more so in the past 4 years. I have been writing some choral music and some pieces for friends and family as gifts. That has been a neat process. Plan to compile these compositions into a book and also a CD,or CDs perhaps by the time I am done.
Have 9 CDs represented here. My first CD was recorded before Christmas in 2000. That CD was Music from the Heart. Since then I have added another Music from the Heart CD (II), a harpsichord CD, a meditation CD with crystal bowls, and 5 Tetrum CDs. Four of which represent the elements, Earth (Crystal Earth), Water (Sparkling Waters), Fire (Sacred Flame), and Air (Blue Lotus Sky). It was a fabulous foray into the spirit of the music by Spirit. The first Tetrum CD was Soul Source, and that started an interesting journey into the creation of those listed above.
Started massage therapy in 1996. Had my initial training at the Louisville Massage Institute, where I later taught as well. I have been taking classes through the Upledger Institute, John Barnes, St. John's, and other organizations since that time. I am trained in Swedish, Sports and Deep Tissue massage, Acupressure, Jin Shin Do, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, Advanced Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Reiki Master, Pranic Healing, Essences, Crystal Healing, Raindrop therapy, Radiant Touch, Shamanic Work, Toning, Quantum Touch and some other modalities and techniques as well. What will bring cheer? And there one sits on this wintry day, With hands and heart warm Watching the fire flicker The flames dancing this and that-a-way, As a beam of sun glances down, Through the clouds From Heaven to Earth To help clear away any frown. Yes, A Cup of Cheer How delightful it is! How some yet miss it Sad that is. Because they miss the true meaning of this cheer, And find themselves missing what is truly dear.

I do compose music and may eventually record music that I have written, but have not done so yet. That is how I initially penned the title of my first CD--Music from the Heart.
