The Name DJ SLICEBIT has been derived from making loops of bits over and over while accompanied by a series of majestic notes. Slice has come from slicing various artist words or sound and is used to make different unanimous music. Bit is of course defined as Loops of many different kinds of drum lines, cow bell perhaps etc. Dj Slicebit Aka (RODOLFO A. PERALTA III) is a full blooded Filipino.

He came in America in 1999 and pursue the career of making music and enjoying music to entertain many people. From the very beginning he started making music as a young boy at around age 10. He first started beat boxing (making sound with mouth) and suddenly he realized that he could make beats. As for the following year his dad taught him how to play the piano, and so from then on he bought a computer and started producing loop from various different programs (Fruity Loops, Sony Acid, M-Audio, etc.) non the less he plays the piano in different styles from classic to jazz to hip-hop to new age. As of now his current event in life is b-boy ... Soon to be the next best breakdancer and DJ ever...!!! he hopes!!!
