about Sandi Moon
I'm a 20 year old songwriter. I am currently a Junior at UNH, working towards my bachelors in music education, with voice as my instrument.
I have been taking piano lessons since 1st grade. Shortly after that I started writing little tunes for piano, or would think up tunes to sing. Throughout elementary and middle school I would write down lyrics, and have tunes in my head to them.
Then in middle school I started putting simple piano chords to my songs, but in high school was when I really started putting my lyrics and tunes to piano music. Today I have written over 30 songs, and have recorded two albums. "On Fire" was completed in 2009, and has 10 original songs. "Trees" was completed in January 2010, and will be released in February 2010, with 9 original songs. I perform at various open mics, weddings, and other events.
