Singing and dancing since the age of thirteen, MAFIA soon became known in his New jersey and FLATBUSH BROOKLYN neigborhood as the "HOTTEST RAPPER WITH A REGGAE STYLE FLOW". Mafia was born on December 15, in upstate New York and was raised in Brooklyn, New York.

In teenage years, moved to New Jersey and performed in school, talent shows, and the local clubs NY/NJ/PHILLY area. He also battled rappers on the corners of Avon Avenue and Chancelor Avenue in the Newark and Irvington area.

At the age of sixteen, MAFIA and two other friends, Samson a.k.a German and Lennard a.k.a. Russian, formed a rap/reggae group called "Culture Posse". They put out a single named "FOR REAL" under a label called "Cutting Records", that was based in the Bronx area. They did the club circuit in New Jersey and toured around the 52 states. After the hit, the group disbanded and Mafia went solo; he began connecting with Wyclef Jean, Lauren Hill, and Prozwel of the "Fugees". He quoted,"You all have desecrated the family, and because you have desecrated the family, you all must now pay the penalty."

MAFIA SOON became a group member of the "REFUGEE CAMP" doing background vocals, stage performances, and guest appearances at every show they did, surprising the audience with is his unpredictable presence.

Mafia is currently working on a album called "Speech Therapy", giving different styles of hardcore music mixed with reggae dancehall music influence. Mafia is definitely a man of many voices and talents producing and choreographing his own album, featuring some hot new talents coming out of New Jersey and New York, like Blaqout, Win 4 Life Entertainment, etc. So to all the fans, come check out Mafia's new release.
