Eric Jaeger started playing drums at the age of seven having being influenced by weekly doses of Lawrence Welk and his dad's Dixieland recordings. Private lessons and an extensive High School band repertoire built the foundation of what would become a lifelong musical career. Graduating from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Business degree along with his love of music, led to the creation of JAGS Entertainment, the premier recording facility and sound system rental business in Kona, Hawaii.

While managing JAGS Entertainment, Eric was also heavily involved performing with many musical groups throughout Hawaii. Playing with various pop, country, folk, Hawaiian, rock, jazz and show bands and contributing his musical talents to many of the groups recording at his studio facility, Eric developed his well-rounded and extensive musical style. Being one of the few drummers in Kona that could read music, he also was extensively involved with and was the principle percussionist for the West Hawaii County Band, the Hulehee Palace Band, and the Kona Community Chorus and Orchestra. He was also the pit orchestra principle for the Kona Association for the Performing Arts.

Seeing a decline in musical opportunities in Hawaii, Eric relocated to Los Angeles in 2006 to further expand his musical aspirations. Since his arrival in California he has performed with over a dozen different musical groups and is currently the principle percussionist for the Shoreline Concert Band, the Blue Pacific Swing Band, the Palos Verdes Symphonic Band, and Foghorn's Lighthouse Swing Band. He is also the principle drummer for a number of local jazz combos and other musical groups. Eric has also started Trax-2-Go a mobile digital recording operation located in Southern California that services the Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange County areas.

Eric is endorsed by Mastro snare drums and plays Bosphorus cymbals, Remo drum heads, Bopworks and Regal Tip sticks, and DW/Pacific and DDrum drums. He also collects and occasionally plays his vintage Slingerland and Ludwig drums and vintage Zildjian cymbals.
