Factory Damage

about Factory Damage

"Converting one fan at a time"- Factory Damage was formed in March of 2005. Tired of letting their talents go to waste, these guys joined together, all with backgrounds in Thrash Metal and Heavy Metal, collaborated and put together a 7 song demo entitled, "Negative World". The first year was focused on putting the songs together and turning Factory Damage into a well oiled machine. A local buzz was created about the band, when they released a 3 song "Rough cut" demo. All of the sudden, Factory Damage found themselves on a local radio show called "Home Town Hit Makers". They took the 1 spot, after only being played on the show for 2 weeks. When the show ended, Factory Damage ended up 3 out of nearly 50 bands and the song, "Eye-Rate" became a staple for the band. In Spring of 2006, the band hit the studio, and recorded "Negative World". Shortly after, the band played a series of show's to support the demo. And with Internet exsposure.... the bands fan base began to grow. By December of 2006, Factory Damage landed on an upcoming soundtrack and score for the video game "Rage and Fury", which is expected to release in 2009. 2007 found Factory Damage playing more gigs than in the previous 2 years. The demand for Damage was at an all time high. All energy was focused on playing more shows and getting new material together for their first full length album. Their first official album, will release this Fall 2008.....

Recent News: Factory Damage gets nod and makes history. > The metal band Factory Damage gets accepted to contribute to the score of the multi-platformed video game Rage and Fury. Impressive enough, it also marks the first time in history an unsigned band gets published in a major game release and it's accompanying soundtrack. > "Ed had sent me their demo...", notes Mr. DuBetz, "...and when I heard them it was an easy to call to make. They have a solid intense sound that will blend in nicely with the way the game is being produced. This is a favorable partnership that gamers will be glad was made." Congratulations Factory Damage!
