Note: Elephants at the circus are often the main attraction...They are so large, yet seem so docile. When one gets fed up with its captivity and mistreatment, it starts to destroy everything in its path...We have the audacity to be shocked when this happens, but this obliviousness catches up with us in the end. The wild in life cannot be tamed...This music is the dance of that heaviness that exists in the core of every man and woman wanting freedom from the mundane...Being a part of the frenzy sets us all free...This is the Elephant Ballet.
Created by songwriter "Philly", Elephant Ballet writes about the realities of life most people can understand, but don't want to talk about out loud...He feels it is ok to ask for a microphone, some heavy amplification, lots of distortion, and then proceed to scream in your face about these things at full volume. Fear is only as heavy as the weight one gives it...Built on an industrial foundation, Elephant Ballet crosses over into the realms of rock, metal and punk while maintaining an industrial edge .
