about BRACE:
Brace was born on the 23 of August, 1986 in Surabaya (Indonesia) and is as a child of Surinamese parents. Later, the moved to the Netherlands and now lives in Amsterdam. Music has been a large part of his family's life, Brace' father is songwriter Eddy MacDonald, who sings with his brother in the Dutch R&B-acts K-Shaw and the VIP Allstars. Brace has always had an enormous talent for music since he was young: he won the talent hunt at the Kwakoe summer festival and also won the artists' finals in Utrecht.
After this break, rappers Long French and Boss B him ask Brace to work on the single 'Honey'. The track takes off and he hit's it big. Ali B recognizes Brace's obvious talent and records 'I Am You' with him. This single makes the top 5 on the Dutch version of 'Hit Parade'.
Today, Brace is considered one of the Netherlands top R&B artists.
