Buckyball Music, has been in operation for 11 years and has released 21 CDs,
Buckyball was founded by performing musicians. From its onset Buckyball Music has been seeking to re-align the relationship between artists and business, constantly re-inventing itself, it has been able to survive through some of the hardest period in the music business. Because of the shifting nature of the past few years, Buckyball had to constantly, be creative, not only in the way we artist know best, but in the more down to earth need to stay solvent,
Buckyball has always came back to its inspiration in the Ideas of Buckminster Fuller and the concept of synergy, the whole being greater than the sums of its parts.
Now we are with this new release of Nicholas D’Amato, are enterinrg a new phase, where we are setting up a true partnership with the artist, where the costs and revenues are to be shared more evenly between the company and the artist.
We believe that this is the beginning of a new era, and that this business model will allow many talented independent artist to take control of their music.
