He started his career singing in the choir of the church where his mother used to go. Music is the essence of the life of the âcariocaâ Alex Guedes. Through it he is able to establish his relationship with friends, relatives, musicians who join him and his fans. Music also made him know the meaning of love, so much present in his works and it helps him to keep his relationships with the world around him.

Its title (itâs worth experiencing every feeling) is already much justified but it doesnât inhibit us to understand that this work represents a turning point in the career of the artist. Something like a passage from a micro-universe, in which he was introduced, to a new superior dimension proportioned by the success gained with songs like Eu sei que vou te amar soundtrack of the soap opera âO Beijo do Vampiro - 2002/2003â and O ar que eu respiro soundtrack of the soap opera âComeçar de Novo - 2004/2005â.

Review A singer, a compositor and today also an arranger and a musical producer, Alex Guedes autonomously gives birth to his cd âHorizonte Abertoâ in which meetings, disagreements, illusions, passions and finally... the well known âthings of heartâ give us his main work among the ten in which Alex, besides being the author, takes care about the arrangements (the vocal ones included) and about the performance of a few instruments. Predominantly romantic, âHorizonte Abertoâ invites us for a walk through memories, complaints, promises and declarations to a present or lost love, through songs like âPerdoa-meâ, âEu Não Consigo te Esquecerâ, âVolta Pra Mimâ and âApaixonado Por Vocêâ, but it also reminds us that a true feeling can and must be enriched, in songs like âVê Se Decideâ, âTelefoneiâ and âA Força do Amorâ.
