We sort of figured it out on this one. Originally supposed to be our first album, we inexplicably recorded the songs for our second album first. By the time we got to record this one, we were in a period of transition, becoming a full-on Rock and Roll Band. We cut it (again) live, this time in the living room of my house. Our good friend Earl Hicks produced and engineered it (a technical and logistical nightmare). We spent five days drinking and recording. Later we went into Chase Park Transduction Studios in Athens GA. and had Andy LeMaster mix it. Later, the legendary Rodney Mills mastered it. This one will always be extra special to me.
