Aaron Price is now promoting his upcoming release, "Glass Opera" due out January 2008. With numerous record productions to his credit, Aaron is stepping out on his own, with a showy mix of pop savvy, memorable lyrics,and orchestral opulence.
Price is a well-known Asheville producer, and he lets the vibe and artistry shine through.
Glass Opera is an ear-catching tapestry that weaves catchy beats together with sophisticated harmonies, witty, evocative lyrics and crafty arrangements. Eight of the pieces are originals and two covers are included: John Lennon's "Whatever Gets You Thru The Night", replete with a Saturday-Night-Live saxophone brawl, and a reinvention of the Crowded House classic "Private Universe".
Aaron anticipates appearances in his native Asheville, NC and in the New York City area, where he will take residence in early 2008.

Hi Everyone, I have received a proof copy of my CD to listen to, and I am very happy with the way it's turned out. Big thanks to Seva at Soundcurrent mastering in Knoxville; Bill Reynolds, Danny Kadar, Julian Dreyer, and Jessica Tomasin at Echo Mountain In Asheville, and Phil Cheney at Cheney Graphics for their great technical work on this project.
